1. Our Core Pledges
1.1 Minors do not belong on the live stage
All features on Vero Live — registration, streaming, gifting, commenting, or payment — are strictly for users aged 18 and above. Accounts created through false information, identity misuse, or underage representation will be terminated immediately, and relevant data will be cleared. Serious incidents will be reported to authorities without exception.
1.2 No tolerance for sexualized content
We reject “borderline” or suggestive content in every form. This includes but is not limited to:
• Depictions, fantasies, or implications of sexual activity involving minors;
• The use of “art,” “role-play,” or “jokes” to sexualize children;
• Images of minors in revealing clothing or provocative poses;
• AI-generated, virtual, or deepfake representations of minors.
Any account producing or distributing such content will be permanently banned, and legal action may follow.
1.3 Harm, coercion, or manipulation are never acceptable
We monitor not only visuals but also behavior. Threats, emotional pressure, psychological grooming, or any form of manipulation directed at minors — whether through live streams, private chats, or community interactions — are defined as exploitation. If a Vero Live user is found to be involved in such conduct, they will be subject to permanent expulsion and potential legal referral.
2. Our Safety Framework
Vero Live operates a multi-layered safety infrastructure designed to prevent and respond to CSAE risks:
• AI Protection System: Detects suspicious visuals, speech, and text patterns.
• Real-Time Intervention: Streams identified as high-risk are instantly paused or terminated.
• Human Safety Team: Moderators on 24-hour duty prioritize CSAE-related reports.
• Behavioral Monitoring: Algorithms analyze chat frequency, cross-border transactions, and unusual user patterns.
• Blacklist Network: Cooperation with international regulators to block high-risk or repeat offenders.
Any attempt to evade detection (e.g., encrypted files, coded phrases, external links) will be considered malicious misconduct and result in a permanent device ban.
3. What to Do If You See Something Wrong
You can be part of the protection system.
1 Use the in-app Report function Tap Report under a live stream, chat, or comment. Choose “Minor Safety” or “Suspected Exploitation.”
2 Attach Evidence Include screenshots, short clips, or brief descriptions if possible.
3 Email Us Send detailed information to report@verolive.app — our Safety Team responds within 24 hours.
All confirmed CSAE cases will be promptly reported to:
• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or
• Local law enforcement and child-protection organizations as required.
4. Consequences of Violation
On Vero Live, accountability is immediate:
• Verified content will be removed without delay, and offending accounts will be permanently disabled;
• Illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement;
• Individuals convicted of crimes against minors are permanently prohibited from rejoining the platform;
• Vero Live reserves the right to freeze assets, suspend access, and deny service to preserve community safety.
5. Our Commitment to Action
True safety requires continuous effort. Vero Live is committed to:
• Updating detection algorithms and moderation guidelines;
• Providing staff training on child-protection principles;
• Partnering with global anti-exploitation organizations such as ICMEC;
• Offering transparent reporting channels for users to participate in safeguarding.
